Solstice at PIECE TIME

Solstice was an event partner for the Children's Creative Project PIECE TIME Fundraiser and their 50th Anniversary Saturday October 11. It was a beautiful collaboration of so many great local folks, non-profits.
Our SSC Board Member Patrick Davis was an honoree at the event, for his contributions to arts and culture in our community.
Solstice brought two of Pali's inflatables to "Solstify" the event. At our information and activity booth, we continued to collect submissions for the SOLSTICE 2026 THEME and we had a blank elephant sculpture from the Elephant Parade® to chalk - which was quite popular with kids of all ages.
We gathered a few more pledges for our BIGGEST Little Elephant Parade to sponsor local artists to design their Elephant for the contest. The winner will have the opportunity to paint their design on the blank elephant and become part of the international "herd".
I love it when creative communities get together to share ideas and craft. These kinds of gatherings truly highlight the love and work that go into creating handcrafted goods and presents.
