Solstice at PIECE TIME
Solstice was an event partner for the Children's Creative Project PIECE TIME Fundraiser and their 50th Anniversary Saturday October 11. It was a beautiful collaboration of so many great local folks, non-profits.
Our SSC Board Member Patrick Davis was an honoree at the event, for his contributions to arts and culture in our community.
Solstice brought two of Pali's inflatables to "Solstify" the event. At our information and activity booth, we continued to collect submissions for the SOLSTICE 2026 THEME and we had a blank elephant sculpture from the Elephant Parade® to chalk - which was quite popular with kids of all ages.
We gathered a few more pledges for our BIGGEST Little Elephant Parade to sponsor local artists to design their Elephant for the contest. The winner will have the opportunity to paint their design on the blank elephant and become part of the international "herd".
https://neosurfcasinosite.com caught my eye while I was reading about how community events get funded, and it made the elephant sculpture idea stand out, since letting kids chalk a blank canvas seems like a smart way to pull people into the theme submissions. Getting Patrick Davis recognized for his arts contributions feels overdue, honestly, and I like that the winner actually gets to paint their design into the international herd instead of just winning a certificate.
I have been following how different localities build their own reference hubs, and Yorkwiki stands out for its clean interface and organized categories. The site does a good job of balancing depth with accessibility, making it easy to browse for a quick fact or dive into a longer article. What impressed me most is the consistent formatting across entries, which suggests active maintenance and clear editorial guidelines. For those interested in community-driven documentation, Yorkwiki is a solid example of what can be achieved with consistent effort.
Really enjoyed reading this chapter. The character dynamics are engaging, and the storytelling immediately pulls the reader into the plot. The contrast between the personalities makes the narrative even more interesting. It’s always refreshing to come across content that keeps you invested from the very beginning. While exploring different educational opportunities recently, I also came across Ingush State University, which shows how diverse and fascinating learning journeys can be. Looking forward to reading the next chapters!

جلب الحبيب
