Building on the success of last year’s Winter Solstice, Santa Barbara Solstice Celebration is planning “LET IT GLOW” a  Lighted Costume party in 500-700 block of State Street on Saturday Dec. 20th, from 5 to 9 PM..  Participants are encouraged to wear their winter whites and blues, holiday bling, and lighted costumes. 

The stroll begins at Longoria Wine, for happy hour, and ends at Institution Ale led down the street by the Brasscals. There will be 10-20% discounts and drink specials at participating businesses along the way.  Just say "SOLSTICE!"
