Early Bird Deadline is available until March 27th and allows vendors to get early exposure on our Facebook Page AND a lower rate!
The regular rate is $75 more and kicks in after March 27th.
Our goal is to present a balanced offering, with variety in both products and price range. All vendors must participate in all 3 days. A selection committee will determine eligibility based on quality, diversity, presentation and originality.
Arts and Crafts Vendors
Arts & Crafts Vendors are selling products solely made by the artists. All clothing and items must be designed and produced by the artist; otherwise, you are a Resale/Import Vendor. Early Bird Cost: $440 for a 10 x 10 Booth
Resale and Import Vendors
Resale and Import Vendors includes products for resale, imports. This includes any products that may have been customized by the vendor but the garments or items were produced and/or manufactured by someone else. Early Bird Cost: $660 for a 10x10 Booth

Business, Premier & Sampling Vendors
Professional Business Vendors
Professional/Business Vendors are local businesses seeking public exposure to a large audience (ie. business services, healing/massage, creative services, etc.). Early Bird Cost: $550 for a 10 x 10 Booth.
Premiere Vendor (Sponsor)
Premiere Vendors are commercial vendors who are in a premiere booth location and want some exposure on the Solstice website and social media. Cost: $1500 for 10 x 10 Booth
Premiere Sampling Vendors (Sponsor)
Premiere Sampling Vendors are commercial vendors who may do sampling, are in a premiere booth location and want some exposure on the Solstice website. Prices vary according to booth size, sampling, etc. Some sampling will require health permits. Cost $5000 for 10 x 10 Booth

Children's Area Vendors
Join us as a vendor in the Children's Area on Saturday & Sunday only!
The children's festival area has a stage filled with youth and family entertainment Saturday & Sunday. The area also has a Creation Station, where kids and families can make masks and costumes through out the weekend. Kids and Families can participate in the Children's parade that begins at 2 PM on Sunday. Early Bird Cost: $220 for 10 x 10 Booth.
Solstice has the complete discretion to determine the category of each vendor.
Food Vendor Application
Once you have filled out the Food Vendor or Festival Vendor applications, a staff member will get back to you to confirm your participation and send you a link to pay your associated vendor fees.

The Summer Solstice Festival in Alameda Park represents a significant portion of our annual budget and provides us with the funds necessary to support the two month long community workshop, where all of the parade magic happens, as well as the parade, our artists and associated costs with year-round programming. Your support and participation makes it all possible!
