You are invited to submit your application for the 48th annual Summer Solstice Celebration Festival 2022. This year's festival will be held in Alameda Park June 24th and 25th. The parade and festival is the largest event in Santa Barbara County, drawing crowds of over 100,000 spectators from around the world, offering vendors an opportunity to showcase their company and products to a wide and

diverse audience.

Merchant and Business Vendors

Arts and Crafts Vendors

Arts & Crafts Vendors are selling products solely made by the artists. All clothing and items must be designed and produced by the artist; otherwise, you are a Resale/Import Vendor.

Resale and Import Vendors

Resale and Import Vendors includes products for resale, imports. This includes any products that may have been customized by the vendor but the garments or items were produced and/or manufactured by someone else.

Professional Business Vendors

Professional/Business Vendors are local businesses seeking public exposure to a large audience (ie. business services, healing/massage, creative services, etc.).

 

Premier Vendor (Sponsor)

Premier Vendors are commercial vendors who are in a premiere booth location and want some exposure on the Solstice website and social media.

 

Premier Sampling Vendors (Sponsor)

Premier Sampling Vendors are commercial vendors who may do sampling, are in a premier booth location and want additional exposure on the Solstice website and social media. Prices vary according to booth size, sampling, etc. Some sampling will require health permits.

 

Premier Vendor and Premier Sampling Applicants, please e-mail soladmin@solsticeparade.com after completing the application to discuss booth placement and sponsorship terms.

 

Non-Profit Organization

Organizations that are operated exclusively for charitable, social outreach, literary, educational or other specified purposes. Must

provide proof of 501(c)(3) status.

Children's Area Vendors

 

Out of an abundance of caution for the well being of our potentially unvaccinated youth, we will not be hosting a Children's Area at this years festival.  We look forward to welcoming their wonderful spirit and creativity next year.

Once you have filled out the Food Vendor or Merchant/Business Vendor application, a staff member will get back to you with your vendor information packet, booth location and an invoice to pay your associated vendor fees.

Early Bird deadline is May 2nd. Booth fees increase by $75 after May 2nd.

Our goal is to present a balanced offering, with variety in both products and price range.  A selection committee will determine eligibility based on quality, diversity, presentation and originality. Solstice has the complete discretion to determine the

category of each vendor.
