Every year Solstice reaches out to the public to get ideas for the Parade Theme.  The best themes are one or two words or  phrases which are general enough to inspire many different interpretations. We don't repeat themes, so please check the  themes from 1979-2025 (See below)
 

Last year, 2025, the theme was WILD WORLD .  What would you like 2026 to hold for us?   What would you like to bring to the Solstice World in 2026?  What might inspire hundreds of different creative journeys into float building, mask-making, dances, performances in 2026 to continue to bring smiles to 100,000 people?
