PARADE REGISTRATION
All participants must register as part of the Workshop and/or Parade. Registration fees help to pay for the cost of materials. There are a limited number of scholarships available. All workshop participants and visitors MUST wear closed-toe shoes at all times.
Parade & Workshop Registration
Adult Fee $50
Teen/Child (12-17) $30
Complete the application and pay workshop fees to register. Workshop fees include the use of workshop materials and support from the Solstice artistic staff for the entire time the workshop is open between May - June.
Fees also include parade fee. All children under 12 FREE admission to the workshop. Must be accompanied at all times by a PAID Adult and a parent or guardian must complete the Workshop application for themselves and the child. Please ask registrar for PROMO code to waive entrance fee for the child. NOTE: Children 7 and up are required to pay the parade registration fee if they chose to participate in the parade.
You will be required to wear a Solstice 2023 wrist band in order to participate in the parade. You can pick up your wrist band at the workshop registrar desk after you have registered and paid the fees or you can pick up your wrist band on parade day, June 24th at the corner of Santa Barbara and Ortega. Plan to arrive well before the parade starts in order to avoid long lines.
The workshop is located at 631 Garden Street.

You will be required wear a Solstice 2023 wrist band in order to participate in the parade. This wrist band can be picked up at the workshop after you have registered and paid the fees or you can pick up your wrist band on parade day, June 24th at the corner of Santa Barbara and Ortega. Plan to arrive well before the parade starts in order to avoid long lines. Adult fees increase $5.00 after June 18th.
PARADE ONLY Teen or Child Entry fee will apply for those children/teens ages 7 to 17 who wish to be in the parade.
Children under 7 can participate in the parade for free. A parent or guardian must complete the Parade Only Registration. Please ask the Registrar for PROMO code.

Volunteer/Junior Artist in Residence Only Registration
Fee $0
You must complete the workshop or parade registration application if you are a workshop or parade volunteer or are participating in the Junior Artist in Residence Mentorship program. Workshop volunteers and Jr Artists in Residence may participate in the parade free of charge. Please ask Registrar for the PROMO code. You will be required to wear a Solstice 2023 wrist band in order to participate in the parade. The wrist band can be picked up at the registration desk at the workshop.
