Solstice 2010 People Book Still Available

This book is a way to view the 2010 Solstice Parade participants. 103 of the thousand people in the parade were photographed by Kevin Steele in a studio-like setting in the two hours prior to the parade.  It gives you a chance to really see the details of the costumes and characters.  Normally you see everyone in the context of movement with many other things happening at once.  This is a refreshing, one of kind, art book to treasure for years. 

You can purchase the book “Solstice People” online in the Solstice Store.  Half of the profits go to Solstice; the other half to Kevin Steele.  This project was generously funded by Samy’s Camera.  We also thank David Shelton who provided the studio space in his metal fabrication shop.
