The band - Tariqh Akoni, Randy Tico, Doug Pettibone, David Delhomme, George Friedenthal, Peter Korpela, Herman Matthews & a surprise special guest!

June 25 & 26 - 12- 6 PM

The Solstice Children’s Festival: Saturday and Sunday June 25 th and 26 th from 12noon until 6pm, is located in Alameda Park just East of Santa Barbara Street, before Kids’ World. Activities and entertainment are geared especially for children and families, featuring The Minibowl Stage with an exciting musical line up. Within the circle of vendors, kids can have their faces painted, explore Faerie habitats, make macaroni crafts, discover magical musical instruments, win animal balloons, experience storytelling, as well as play games and do yoga in the center of the circle. At the Solstice Creation Station for only $2 donation, they can assemble costumes, decorate drums, create faerie wreaths, wands and elfin hats, which they can then wear in the First Annual Solstice Children’s Parade.

The First Annual Solstice Children’s Parade: No fee or registration necessary. On Sunday, June 26 th at 2:30, parade will begin at the Main Stage in the main festival side of the park. Children will then dance and prance along the path and across Santa Barbara Street to the children’s area and then end at The Minibowl where there will be a special Michael Jackson Tribute performance.

There is still space to join the children’s festival area as a vendor. Details at SIGN UP TO BE A VENDOR

Costs are $200 per booth for the 2 day children’s festival
